This was an easy 1 hour walk starting near our accomodation at Westshore and ending up at Ahriri before walking back along the road to home base. It's tidal, but a well formed boardwalk, metal track and in part tarseal shared cycleway made this no...More

We stayed on he Westshore so it was easy to walk to Ahuriri to the shops and restaurants. There is not much shade in places so you are a sun hat.

We were staying out here and decided to do this one morning before breakfast. It was a lovely easy walk - saw a couple of birds but hoped to see more. Still, a very nice way to start the day :-)

This is a lovely walk. It's nice and level so easy for most. Great for my old arthritic dog. Standing on the bridge, about half way round, you can stop and enjoy the views. All the walkways, over the water are good and sturdy.
