Extremely helpful and informative staff, who were very knowledgeable about the area. We arrived late on a Saturday Afternoon as they were shutting up, but a very helpful lady gave us maps and information.

We went on a guided walking tour of Napier, which was very interesting, especially hearing about the towns history regarding the earthquake and subsequent fires which ravaged the town. Fortunately a lot of the art deco is still intact, and makes for great photos!More

The i-site is always a good option for getting some local information, brochures and making bookings. We found some useful information on local attractions and located on Marine Parade it is well placed with parking nearby

The most organised i-site we have ever been too. We were off the cruise ship shuttle bus which delivered us straight to the i-site and all the companies had stalls set up with prices. So easy! Great help!
