Brilliant experience and very professional. My husband was the 'Chief' so were welcomed on to the Marae and treated like royalty. My UK visitors felt very special and loved every minute of the performance. Do go.

We had a guided tour to this place. There is the performance from the Maori, their efforts to keep the tradition alive. The performers genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves. Can see the Gayser here as well but time is short.

We were on a tour so getting back to the city wasn't a problem, I am sorry but can't therefore tell you about any public transport or taxi options although it is not a long coach ride it might be just a bit too far to walk.
