What a great atmosphere, range of food options & great value for money all in one convenient location.… definitely go here! We went one night with friends mostly to drink hah & again the following night to dine. Spoilt for choice no matter which you choose, judging by the busy bustling area.

Fun atmosphere, lots of good food options, a little bit pricier than in town, but a fair deal for the people watching and social experience. It's a great idea that someone in Rotorua had, and it really works on many levels. On a 5 day visit to Rotorua, we had two very nice meals there. One evening it was very hot, and none of the restaurants had A/C working. So we picked a restaurant on the shady side and sat inside, which all worked fine. That said, Rotorua has a LOT of great food in the Central Business District. The Asian influence in particular is excellent, and the breadth of the food offerings makes it a real find for foodies. So don't forget to spread the wealth around a bit to other deserving entities.

Having a space like this is really great especially for tourists. In this short section of covered walkway you have several legitimate restaurant options. As retired folks, we found the area a bit loud and would suggest to those that come here that don’t find what they are looking for, to just keep walking south down the same road where we found several other very quiet restaurant options that would have served us very well.
