My wife and I went last week for a Veda massage, followed by a 15min scalp massage. This was my first time there (partner had been numerous times) and I had always assumed East Day Spa was something that may be a bit "girly" but I was thankfully wrong. The staff were very friendly, and after welcoming us showed us... More

I go regularly to East Day Spa with my husband, mainly for massages. It's always a relaxing time, the staff are all lovely, the relaxation room with herbal teas on offer is a great start and finish to your treatment. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I go to East regularly. Even when it's just for waxing, it's a nice spa experience given they put you into a relaxing chill out area before your treatment and offer you herbal tea. The waxing is good. I've also had massages and other treatments here. The mandi lulur was great!

Was given a birthday treat of a monsoon package. The beautiful smell of the oils hit you once you step out of the lift. Reception and therapists were both so lovely. would come again!

If you want to be total pampering, this is your place!! It was amazing, from the minute I stepped off the elevator. From the beautiful surroundings, to the fabulous staff. Professionalism personified. Can't wait until my next appointment!!!! :)

Was in the city for a few days and made a booking. Easy walk from CBD. Well sign posted. Building and decor is dated. Friendly staff. Lovely relaxing treatment. Offer specials.

I've now been to this Spa a number of times and have always received exceptional service. The staff are very professional, both the sterling service given prior to my appointments by the front of house staff and the wonderful massages i have had from the massage therapists. The relaxation room is comfortable with plenty of herbal tea which is great... More

I have been to many top spas and this would have to be in my top three experiences of all time. The staff were lovely and caring, the treatments are well priced and it was utterly relaxing !!

I discovered this spa while living in Wellington a few years ago and it was definitely on my list of top places to revisit when I came back for a week in January. Tucked away behind the railway station you already feel like you're leaving city bustle behind as you step into the reception. Staff are friendly but low-key and... More

I always thought this place was a bit higher end that it really is. The building is a bit dated and the decor could use updating - it had a bit of an odd feel to it. I appreciated and enjoyed the service but the relaxation room they lead you to first (and offered if wanted to go there afterwards)... More

Hello Jezenz Thanks for your feedback. The calibre of treatment you receive at East Day Spas is second to none due to the high-end therapists we have on the team. We apologise you had to wait 15mins, we do our best to see clients on time, but on occasion we can run slightly late which may be due to previous... More
