It's the ultimate Antarctic adventure! Experience the dramatic seasonal lighting in the four seasons of Antarctica show where it 'snows' every 6 minutes. Venture out on to 'the ice' from Scott Base to play in 'Antarctica' the snow & ice experience and survive an Antarctic storm! How long can you hold your hand in the icy Antarctic water? Hang out with Little Blue Penguins, buckle up for the famously exciting Hagglund ride, take an awesome simulated 4D Antarctic cruise, watch Happy Feet 4D, then watch a stunning movie on a MASSIVE screen! It's the closest you'll get to Antarctica without mounting your own expedition!

A nice family picnic destination with ultimate Antarctic experience with winds blowing at 140 kmph in a room. The Haggulund ride was thrilling, though it is advisable to book tickets online as it cheaper than walk in entries.

We had so much fun here at the Antarctic Centre that we were late in heading out to our next destination! We arrived just in time for the feeding of the Little Blue Penguins - so cute, and nice to see our injured wildlife has...More

While some of the attractions were okay, $30 seniors' rate for something you can visit in a short time frame is not money well spent! If I had it to do over, I would wait for the other people on our tour in the coffee...More

Great activity for families with kids and ones who are curious about Antarctica. I really enjoyed the Penguin feeding session and the Antarctica storm experience. We spend a good 2 and a half hours there and watched all the shows/activities. Overall its a good experience...More

You should visit this place with kids as it is a learning experience. the Snow storm was amazing but other things were a little boring. Well, if one hasn't seen penguins or are keen to see them being fed, that's when this place can be...More

This is a pricey venue but worth every penny. Get there early in the morning and count on spending a good couple of hours here.

Classic case of 'if you can afford the $65 adult entry fee or $149 family then it is pretty good'. There is a lot of information and things to do and you can easily spend 3 hours here doing everything. May not appeal to teenagers...More

Good way to spend the afternoon with the kids. A couple of great 4D movies for the kids to watch, a simulated snow storm, husky pups and a ride in a Haagland (a definitely highlight for the little blokes)

I'm pretty certain they have lockers or a luggage storage room. Its only a 5 min walk from the International Terminal so if you checked in early you could leave your bags at the airport.
