Most city botanic gardens are an oasis and these are no exception. It's a good sign when the kids are suddenly off their technology and wanting to play hide & seek around all the various gardens

More than likely there will be begonias is the greenhouse in flower. There could be several other plants in bloom depending on what the gardeners have been planting in some of the rotational beds.

You can get to the car park off Armagh St near the start of Park Tce and the end of Rolleston Avenue. You can drive through the park passed the tennis courts on the right and on to the car park on the left under the trees... More

I work at the Gardens, and yes, the Gardens are looking spectacular at the moment. Full of Autumn colours...dress warmly.
