I went to this forest with my son. Lovely 4km walk. There were a number of cyclists. At the top of the hill is a look out post. But it was a bit cold and gloomy at 8 that evening. THE sea looked good from...More

This area has great mountain biking, walking and horse tracks and two golf courses. I use the area 2-3 times a week and it is one of the gems of Christchurch that even the locals fail to use as well as they should. There is...More

If you like dry, dust, sand and pine needles poking you when you sit down, don't come here...its really dry, bring alot of water and don't forget there is no much here. Hit the sea and even hotter in the sun! Good for Running!

Great beginner single trails for mountain biking. Enough hills to keep it different and challenging and enough flat to enjoy the riding. The trail we were on took us to the beach where we had lunch before continuing the loop back to the car park....More

Acres and acres, hectares even of forest biking, walking and other activities, with the sea not far off. It is a fun way to keep healthy.
