It is a very nice church. The architecture of the building is ery nice. There was a service going on so did not get into depth of the building as I would of liked.

I would suggest after checking into your accommodation you have a walk around Dunedin. The Church is a fine example of early life in Dunedin as are many more. For all the Scots, Dunedin is also called the Edinburgh of the South. I love the place.

I just walked to the church during my stay in Otago...is a pretty place, no entry fees. The history of the church, the Bell hill, the tall spires, the painted windows, the model of Rev Burns, the old Bell....al of it make the church a very peaceful place...make sure to carry something warm as I was a bit cold in... A peaceful sanctuary for visitors and locals alike with plenty of history info in the shop/ visitor centre. And is actually located at one of the most charming squares of New Zealand

I enjoyed viewing all the lead class windows and during lunch time on a Friday live organ music filled the Church

Designed by Robert Lawson this church was built from 1862. It is true to its designer's Scottish presbyterian roots
