Eclectic small bar Nestled away from the madness that is town, With Craft Beer from NZ and around the world, Live music, great local art. A Bar that celebrates conversation and banter. Come have a look. :-)
I walked into inch bar with a few friends, there was no one behind the bar, I looked outside to find the bar girl (red hair) having a beer with her friends. It took her a while to get up and serve us and when...More
Another lovely relaxed time at the Inch Bar. Meeting my cosmopolitan son for a beer, he had a no Alcohol German beer (which he enjoyed) and I my favourite Emerson's Bookbinder. It was very queer at 4om,so we sat outside in solitary splendour. This outside...More

I went in for a drink with some friends and was charmed by the decor as well as the friendly woman behind the bar. She had an impressive knowledge of the local beers as well as some stunners from overseas. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves.
Dropped in for a couple of pints and stayed for five. Jonas the owner is an intelligent, if slightly anarchic, conversationalist. He serves great beer along with Voltaire quotes and his personal music playlist adds a certain 'je ne sais quoi'.
This is now my...More
