This park is really big, right next to i-Site and Intercity Bus stop. Walking in the park at night is also good, very refreshing.

Beautiful park, great views to see and nice pictures to take. Lovely to take the dog or on your own.

Great day out with the family walking our dog. Lots of others doing the same in a typical Southland day. Our dog loves the socialisation. Park looked great for this time of year.

Awesome variety of gardens fro Roses to Native and verything in between. Take some bread and feed the ducks and animals. Great aviaries with native and exotic species. A real credit to ICC.

Our travelling group brought their takeaway lunches to eat in the park and had a delightful time wandering the paths and enjoying the sunshine.

I had a few hours to spare and spent two of them just strolling around the gardens. lots of plants & birds, plenty of seating around the park. A lovely place to spend an afternoon.

I love green areas in cities. But Queens Park has the unexpected. I'm not going to spoil the surprise here. You'll have to find out yourselves. A freezing, wet morning didn't dampen the experience.
