Considering its a vinyl bar, the young bar staff were very rude and condescending towards our group who were all aged 45+. We thought this was the place to go to escape from all the young ones, but no. They were in there chatting to their friends behind the bar, making plans for later that night etc. We were waiting... More

If you have just dined (either on premises or somewhere else in Invercargill) do pop into the Vinyl Bar. Its very 1960s but modern. The staff will play any vinyl you want - ie. old record. This is a great bar. There's a warm fire to back up to outside and always great music playing. The staff are only too happy to play requests from their extensive range of Vinyls. I'm so pleased I found this quaint little bar where they play nothing but vinyl records from a variety of time periods, all of which suit a broad age group.
