We booked to have 5 goes down the luge. Wish we could’ve done more. Although they don’t advocate racing, we did get quite competitive. Just make sure you’re careful as families also go down it.

Its a great view, but I feel that the experience at the top is currently ruined by the works that are fixing the luge and the general surrounds at the top.

We knew the luge was out of action so this was really a lunch visit for us. We were staying at a hotel up a hill so already had pretty good mountain/lake views. The view is fantastic, but not worth the ride unless going up...More

SKYline has amazing views of Queenstown. We went up at sunset 5:30 pm and came down at dark, was a perfect way to spend the night with my partner for our anniversary

The Luge was shut when we visited but it has amazing views so decided to head on up to have lunch. I thought it was a bit expensive just for a gondola ride but that wasn't my issue. The rude bloke who served me did...More

A trip to the Skyline is a must for any traveler to Queenstown. It may seem overpriced to some but I think the pricing is very fair considering what it would cost to maintain the facilities for us tourists and pay staff. At the time...More

Best views of Queenstown and all the surrounding areas. We found it pretty expensive though for what it was as the luge was closed for Reno when we went up so one less thing to do once there. Over $100 for 3 people to have...More

A must do for the view. Viewing flat quite crowded with a bus load of selfie stick bearing tourists. Got our photo, had a hot drink and off again. The Luge was under construction sadly. Normal tourist pricing Easy walk from town to get there

It was a cute ride with a good view at the top! Long line at the start so be wary at peak times and allow 15-20 minutes to get on. No line on the way down. Not a lot of staff to assist people though...More
