I have been using NZSki operated buses to The Remarkables throughout 2016 winter season. The crew are very friendly, helpful and full of humour. Drivers are very responsible. While the road up the Remarkables and Coronets are sealed, why take the trouble when you can sit back and enjoy the view instead - especially after a full day skiing. Highly... More

I would like to thank NZ Ski for my time on the mountain (Coronet Peak). They made it so easy to get on and off the buses to the mountains. The staff were great, helpful and always cheerful and couldn't do enough to make the customers time easy. They also made it easy to get a private lesson booked. Big... More

I would recommend using the Snowline Express, they leave every 20 mins in the morning and return as they fill up after lunch. The multi-ride tickets are great value, don't have to be used on consecutive days and provide great flexibility for a day on the slopes.

If you get a snowboard lesson with NZ Ski and you have Nathan as your instructor its gonna be an awesome day up there. He is super fun, knowledgeable and most of all patient. He will make your day no matter if you're a novice or advanced boarder :) Only negative part of the day was the rental process. Although... More

My daughter had some discomfort after her lesson and did not want to do a full day lesson the following day. I asked if we could defer or split the bookings into 2 half days (less cost) but they did not care and insisted on a medical certificate. The facilities are good but lacking in customer service and satisfaction

Great service. One stop shop. We got mountain passes, ski hire and mountain transport. Their buses can pick you up from the shop or from your hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I are in our late 50 s and had learned to ski late in life but weren't really progressing .Within the first hour of our lesson with Dave he had explained the logic of how skis work and translated this into how he guided our actions...and it clicked!! We got it ...and my husband went from being... More

Booked just about everything through NZSki, everything was as it should be. Their buses (4WD truck buses) are the best and most competent for the drive up to The Remarks, worth the trip alone, but you have to ski once there :) Drivers and staff are courteous and helpful. highly recommended

Decided to do the 'smart' thing and pre-purchase the NZSki MyPass lift tickets online before arriving in Queenstown, and then pick them up the afternoon before hitting the slopes from the office in Queenstown central. The main office was full, 5 kiosk stations but only 2 staff on the counter. If however you looked up to the mezzanine level another... More
