Milford Sound was an emotional day! Very beautiful, the scenery is breath taking! The drive in was a little scary at times, but worth every second!!! Stop and look at everything along the way. Amazing!!!

No other landscape has made me feel so insignificant like this one did. Almost impossible to capture the scale of it all!!! Definitely one of my life’s highlights. I’m coming back to do the track some day soon. Simply amazing!

Very limited accommodation options at Milford Sound itself and very expensive. Better option is to stay at Te Anau and do a day tour to Milford. Plenty of options for bus and boat cruise. Good range of accommodation and... More
