Very interesting and educational. Pleasant volunteers. New and state of the art displays. A great audio visual about gold, fossils and gem stones.

A most interesting little museum with plenty of fossils and minerals for all to enjoy. My 7yo daughter loved the the minerals and crystals, and my 5yo daughter enjoyed the section on dinosaurs. Worth a visit :)

On our recent trip to Bathurst we visited this museum, the publicity for this collection was well advertised. It was a little expensive for out family. Would have liked more interactive displays for young children. The tokentistc dinosaur was a hit.
