Went to see Mambo exhibition. This was excellent. Had been to gallery before this day and was disappointed in lack of paintings on display. Would only visit if something on in future.

The best installation was of a set of photographs of an Australian Asiana stunned who was expressing her confusion about her identity. Not so keen on the others.

We visited specially to view last year’s Archibald Prize exhibition which we had missed in Sydney. What a great gallery. Easy access by lift or stairs to second level, no crowds, plenty of time to read everything about each work, no pressure to move on...More

Minimalist in every way - that art, the attention of staff. The high point was buying a post care and the good coffee shop around the corner!
