I went there with four preschoolers and we had a great day. Good fun interactive way for kids to learn. Plenty of school kids arrived while we were there and they too were interested in the displays. Some were targeted at the little kids, some at the older ones so there seemed to be something for everyone. You could easily... More

Our son had visited on a school excursion and was super keen to take us with promises of "you'll have fun and learn interesting things" well we went without high expectations of a great day but we loved it. We spent all day there and still think we missed some of the experiments.

Activities at the Science Centre are so various, there is something for everyone. Robotics, experiments that fascinate us all...both Grandkids and Nan & Pop. Do not miss the Planetarium its a MUST SEE! Canteen leaves a bit too be desired. However if a snack is what they need then its ok

This was a great place to take our grandchildren aged from 4 to 15. They all enjoyed the hands on experiences. Try to time your visit to take in a show and the Planetarium is a must do.

The science displays are fantastic for kids from 5 to 15 and the dinosaurs display excellent. They have special exhibitions during school holidays which you pay an extra fee for but well worth the visit. The star planetarium a must. All in all a definate must visit.

First time we'd been and were surprised by the amount of hands on activities available. The staff were friendly too

Kids like it for several reasons. Most exhibits are hands on. There are levers, buttons and other ways to get involved with each display. Kids learn without any effort as they move about the two floors of displays. Planetarium has a relatively new film but my family felt it was aimed at older children then them. The theatre has real... This was my first time visiting the Science Centre (we were visiting from the States) but my 8 year old grandson had visited before. 8 of us (5 adults & 3 kids) went on a weekday during school holidays so it was fairly busy. The parking lot costs $ but if you take your parking ticket in when you buy... More
