Overview

Nan Tien is very different from most tourist attractions because there is so much to offer: the visual delights of grandeur architecture, art & culture including unique exhibitions & festivals, Buddhist festivals, vegetarian culinary delights, educational & healthy life style classes & retreats, accommodation, top class conference and auditorium facilities as well as beautiful gardens & walks. There is also the spiritual and religious experience that is unforgettable and even life changing for some.

Casual visit to the Buddhist Temple with teenagers. Very interesting and peaceful. The gardens are lovely. Well worth a visit for all ages. Cafe on site for lollies and drinks and vegetarian food.

This is a great place to visit especially with children to show them and experience a different culture & religion. Best not to rush through as there are many signs & posters around the place for life lessons. Huge land to explore and ample parking...More

This is a beautiful complex to visit - especially during the week -it must be very busy during the weekends. The garden is beautifully maintained, the buildings are pristine and calm - a great day away from the busy city

A reasonable selection of dishes at fairly good prices. The upstairs eatery section is a little cheaper but has a limited selection (sometimes only 3 0r 4 dishes). Downstairs costs a little more but offers more choices - mainly vegetarian cuisine but nicely presented and...More

Beautifully maintained property. Quiet and peacefull. We has lunch at the tea room which has a simple vegetarian menu. Good wholesome food and not expensive. Plenty of steps but worth the climb.
