Scented gardens for the blind are included in this magnificent park. Rows of blooming flowers can be viewed from a raised platform, providing excellent photo opportunities. not to be missed :)

Amazing gardens. Beautifully laid out and presented. A must to visit during September but can be very crowded during carnival time. Just an amazing range of different plants and flowers

Really good display of flowering plants, the gardens are a top visit this spring Definitely worth a visit on our weekend in Toowoomba Well done to the city’s gardeners

These gardens are smaller but much older than the other gardens. The plants are very developed and have been trained and sculptured into some interesting shapes. The hedge that has been sculptured into a steam train complete with Thomas the Tank smiling face and hedge...More

What an outstanding park......pretty much just west of the city centre......if you want a great place for a picnic you wont be disappointed....take the time to look around....TRC staff do fabulous work here...you will just love it.

This park is an annual "must see" when visiting Toowoomba for the Carnival of Flowers - although if possible it's best to avoid the actual 2 weeks of the Carnival & go there just before or just afterwards when the crowds are far less. They...More

I don't remember see BBQ's when I was there but there could be some. I would say tha g it would be a lovely place for a baby shower.

No there is not it is free all year round. The best time of year is spring with the garden festival
