Believe it or not, but when a truck back in the fifties ran off the road (about twenty kilometres out of Mount Gambier) one of its number plates turned up inside this cave a few years later. The rumour is that a lot of the...More

Beautiful natural formation and gorgeous flora all around. Conveniently located in the centre of town.

Located conveniently in the middle of town you may as well have a look around this little cave. There are a lot of stairs so not accessible for prams or wheelchairs. It is just such a shame that people feel the need to throw their...More

Very nice area with well maintained gardens. There's usually a night show of lights on but were down for renovations when we were there. Great bit of history in the area.

Set in the heart of Mount Gambier, the cave gardens are well worth a look with lots of nearby places to eat and shop nearby.

Not somewhere you will spend alot of time but fantastic to see such an impressive cave literally in the heart of a town. Light show currently not operating which is unfortunate but definitely worth 5 or 10 minutes

We have been there when passing GOR. Worth visiting. It takes nearly 15 min so go there to enjoy green views.

Fascinating to see so many sinkholes in one town, the way they are all filled with beautiful ferns makes it even more special. Well worth a visit

Lovely tranquil spot that is well maintained. Shame that someone saw it fitting to blot the view with a dumped bicycle. I am sure the owner would love to get it back.

Mother Nature is wonderful. Impressive in winter, can not wait to see it in spring, summer and autumn.

Also keep in mind even if it's raining, still worth stopping for a look as the small waterfall might be running.
