The Lady Nelson is a great place to gather information for all the places to see and do in the region. The interpretive centre is well done and gives great information about the crater lake formations. Lots of info for the going and old.

Only visited it once and the staff are just so helpful and informative of all happenings in the Mt. Gambier district and beyond. I can still remember those friendly young smiles by our youth who were really enjoying their job.

Great place to get information on what to do in Mount Gambier and surrounds. Happy to give maps and local knowledge. The exhibition was interesting and educational. Nice mix of European and Indigenous history.

This info centre doesn’t offer much other than pamphlets and staff to give you information. I was disappointed that the lady Nelson boat was not accessible you can only view it from a distance.

Calling in for information and found staff very helpful - they also sell bus tickets to various destinations.. Lots of tourist info on display and the Lady Nelson is docked at the entrance so a real slice of history.
