The trains are comfortable and the service usually reliable. Some complain about peak hour services being crowded but this can be seen as a recommendation for the service

My family and I use Vline every October and we find it so convenient and easy to use. The staff are friendly and the carriages are quite spacious

Puts the metro train system too shame and if you are not stuck in middle of peak hour journeys it’s a great way too travel. I miss taking my train journeys from southern cross to western victoria now that I have a car.
