Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had all previously visited this great museum but on hearing of its impending closure we took a detour off the Hume on our way South to visit one more time. A slightly different display from before, but still a great collection of old & new Holdens to stir any red-blooded person. All stock is to go, some back to their owners, while the rest is up for sale. I just need a Lotto win real soon!! Lots of interesting memorabilia on display from engines to car badges to posters of every Holden ever made. A highlight for me was a HQ GTS Monaro & a HZ GTS Monaro which I had previously owned & loved! If you can make a quick visit before it's gone for good, do so now!

The collection of restored cars from across the decades was exceptional. The staff were happy to talk about them all but it’s probably best if you’re a car person. There’s an interesting collection of cars used by Holden as prototypes, lots of Holden memorabilia and the obligatory gift shop.

What a trip down memory lane! We were so impressed with the display and quality of presentation. So good to see our Australian icon Holden being kept alive.

Not really a car buff but black skies demanded being a diverse tourist in Echuca.
My first car was a Holden Astra and my brother was addicted to Toranas in his 20’s so yes personal relevance.
Glad to read story of lady’s purchase and view a green Torana LH SLR 5000 similar to his.
Nice history in museum showing developments of car motors & chassis design across the decades.
Pleasant clean showroom space and a passionate fellow at reception was very welcoming.
