Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A friendly staff member named Jenny helped answer all our questions. There is a bridge next to the centre that starts in Victoria and ends in New South Wales so then you can say you have walked across the border. Behind the centre is a dirt track you can walk or drive along to see more lovely views of the Murray River.

The visitor centre has lots of information on the activities to do in Echuca and also a corner for some creatures that can be found in the Murray River. Check out the calendar for the Farmer's Market which takes place next to the visitor centre. I went on the 2nd Saturday of June and really love the fresh Mandarins from the local produce!

We arrived here today (13/3) to find accommodation for the night In Echuca-Moama . The very helpful lady booked us an excellent motel, Moama Central Motel.

We were very happy with the service received at the Information Centre. There are lots of goodies to be purchased here.

Tour of Echucha historic centre is a great experience.
Bec our tour guide was great and explained the story of how the town was formed.

Great tour to take and it will leave one with so much information that one can’t find out walking on their own.

Highly recommended

Great spot to learn more of about history of Echuca. Highly recommend the day and night tour - Jenny was our guide and she's delightful. Holly at reception was great in sharing other activities as we were few of the first out of towners post Covid restrictions

Knowledge was poor and more interested in telling me about wineries. The person I spoke to had no idea of any of the forests that I wanted to go to and he didn't ask anyone else for help. Didn't even offer a map, had to find it myself.

Warm friendly welcome and very helpful staff. Visited for Wifi information and was able to get free at the centre. Whilst husband got set up strolled the vast collection of information on display looked through the various produce on sale and came away feeling we got all we needed, questions answered and had lighten our wallets of some purchases to take home. Enjoyable experience Staff were excellent

Needed a map but hoping for large rack of tourist brochures.
Unfortunately, most space taken up by wines, produce & Knick knacks.
Got map & local region booklet guide. Service appeared more keen to know my postcode.
