It is definitely worth a tram ride out to trendy St Kilda to wander along its iconic beachfront. Shops and hotels along the Esplenade, along with other art deco landmarks.

Got the tram to St Kilda beach and had a very enjoyable afternoon in the sunshine. Plenty of cafes and exquisite cake shops for coffee and cake. Markets are pretty boring with same old stuff. Beach is lovely.

St Kilda for some people watching on the beach. Beautiful place to enjoy the sand and watch the activity on the Bay. Had nice lunch on the water in the sun.

Took a stroll along the windy beach. The weather was cloudy but very windy. The Aussies are enjoying their lives at this beach. Nearby there is a tower monument commemorating the fallen heroes during the 1933 - 45 war.
