Very interesting history of HMAS Sydney. A good place to watch the sunset. During the day grassy areas invite a picnic with vast views over the city. Only one public toilet however.

This is a most see when visiting Busselton. Although we have been here before we always revisit. Its a tribute to all 645 crew lost on the HMAS Sydney

Maybe your cruise line will provide bus transport to the memorial. Otherwise a taxi would be the way to get there. There were guides on the day we went.

Hi Kevin, the memorial is in Gummer Ave, just up from the centre of Geraldton, I would suggest that you drive up to it since the approaches are quite steep. Parking is not a problem at the entrance to the memorial. The whole... More
