An unforgettable experience delivered by a highly professional crew. They couldn't have done a better job and neither could the dolphins who were very entertaining! Kaikoura Kracker from the pharmacy dealt to the seasickness.

This was one of the coolest things we got to do on our trip, it didnt matter how cold the water was or how tired we were from traveling. Because they are not feeding the dolphins to draw them in you are not guaranteed to see anything, so it was nerve racking to be out there for 30 minutes without... More

We were determined to get through to Kaikoura for our booked swim and were so pleased we did It was amazing The boat went to a pod of 3-400 dolphins and those swimming had 3 separate swims, with the boat being repositioned between each. Regrettably my wife found that her asthma problem didn't respond well in the cold water /... More

this was a great experience! you swim with the dusky dolphins, it is a really special and magical experience. the Dolphins are totally wild, not fed or trained at all so each encounter will be different and unique. the staff were friendly and helpful, all equipment is provided wetsuit, snorkel, flippers. there is a safety briefing and they ask everyone's... Everything about our visit was amazing; the warm welcome from all the staff, the efficiency of the operation, and - most of all - the wonderful sight of the Dusky Dolphins swimming freely with us in the ocean.

This was the best experience during our 3 weeks NZ trip. The tour was well organized and they go with (relatively) small groups on a boat. The dolphins just come and go by themselves, they don't feed them or anything like this. We saw so many dolphins on our trip. It was great fun to watch them from the boat... More

We were so pleased we did not cancel our trip to Kaikoura in early January - our visit was wonderful and were so happy we came. We had a picture perfect day - a light wind and plenty of blue sky. We were fitted up efficiently with wetsuits, masks (even with corrective lenses), snorkels and flippers. Once on the well... More

Everyone should swim with dolphins at least once right? Before we left harbour, I asked the crew about sharks but they said you don't get too many sharks around dolphins - phew! Water felt cold despite free wet-suits but what a ride! We were dropped into the ocean just ahead of a pod of around 800 Dusky dolphins. Absolute magic!... More

What a wonderful experience it was! However, my poor wife could only see the bottom of the bucket throughout the few hours we were there on the cruise. I highly suggest people to take SEALEGS from the drugstore before going. It's a beautiful experience!
