The i-sites were generally pretty good for tourist info. At this one we bought some good fleece jackets that were just perfect to round-out my winter clothing for the rest of the trip.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely cared about you and always asked how did your attraction visit was. They were informative with maps and detailed descriptions and gave you truthful replies on how it was.

It was warm inside and they had maps for all regions in NZ - both Jasons and AA maps. Very helpful person at the desk with information on roads and restaurants.

This is a must for anyone to go and partake loved it. Enjoyed the boat trip to swim with the dolphins loved that we seen the whale and seals just the whole atmosphere was just amazing I'm going back again with my family
