The park is genious and very relaxing
Aug 2018 • Family
I love this park, since it's got plenty to see. And if you are like me and think that large zoos are very stressful, this is the place for you. If we are talking Denmark, Copenhagen Zoo is great, but the amount of people and animals to see simply makes the trips too stressful and demanding for me. This Bird Park in Græsted is actually my favourite animal park on Sjælland (Zealand), and trips with kids there are also much more relaxing than to a large zoo (also, no problems with parking).

We came on a weekday and had a nice quiet time for about 2 1/2 hours.
My two children of 6 and 9 enjoyed the paraquet show which lasted about an hour. Afterward we feed the goats and some Australian birds.
If you are in Nordsjælland I can really recommend this place.

interesting place
Jun 2016 • Family
Went here with my teen age kids, I think it is a nice place, they do have a lot of birds. This is a good place to go if you have small kids who wants to run around around outside looking at birds. Unfortunately it seems like they need more people to work there, or maybe they just have a different way to show the birds. The reason I gave this average rating is that many of the bird places are almost full of weeds, so much that it is difficult to see the birds in some cages. I must say that I find that disappointing when I pay to go see the birds.

Very exciting

If you are nearby, you must go to this place. The owner has over 150 different birdpieces from all over the world. The monkeys are very funny, the staff can tell you a lot about all the animals. We have been here for 1,5 hours to see everything. You can also feed the funny Lorries.

A fun place
May 2013 • Family
At first it doesn´t sound as much fun going to a place with a lot of birds but it is. The birds are beautyful but the most fun is feeding the Australian Lories which is included when you have paid the entrance fee. Every day they have a show presenting their big aras. It is amazing watching these big birds flying free. Apart from birds you can see snakes, turtles, monkeys (also in open air), goats and wallabys. You can bring your own food and drinks.
