While hubby enjoyed some rum tastings, the kids and I enjoyed the displays and coffee and cake. A great little cafe on a warm afternoon, with activities for the kids and a small outdoor play area, next to the outdoor seating. It is out of...More

A character filled establishment with very friendly staff to assist in choosing which spirits or liqueurs to taste. They were all good and the rums a quality tipple. Aniseed liqueur a tasty treat too. Definitely worth a visit

Interesting, but, I don’t drink rum (not since I was a teenager) so I didn’t do the tasting paddle etc, but did do the $14 tour in the care of a grand daughter of the founder. Definitely a back yard operation but producing good quantities...More

This is such a fun place. A lot of the building materials have been sourced from other parts of Australia. We also joined a tour of the distillery that was fun and informative.

Good Ambiance. We toyed with the idea of having lunch as the food looked good, with nice cakes. Took our time sampling the rum instead which was very good. They have a range of rum samplers- very good prices for a taster.

I am not normally a rum drinker, but I couldn't really give the Hoochery a miss when in Kununurra. I visited with friends who have young children. The distillery has a very relaxed ambience, with the building in which it's housed paying a nod to...More

What a great idea. Loved the tasting in particular the Cane Royale. Love the atmosphere. The aged rum was outside my budget though. The rum cake was fantastic and the didn’t skimp on the rum. Great was to spend and hour.
