The Ord river at Lake Argyle is an amazing body of water, well worth the hour trip from Kununurra. The caravan park and swimming pool overlooking the dam are a very relaxing place to spend some time. Food in the cafe was excellent.

A fantastic day. Our guide Dylan was very informative & knowledgeable. Very professional delivery of information, great speaking voice. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious lunch on the river bank. Excellent boat handling. Coach back was comfortable with more interesting local history. A grear day.

We took a boat trip on Lake Argyle and down the Ord river. We saw fresh water crocodiles, plenty of bird life and flying fox, spectacular scenery and cliffs. Highly recommend it!

If you are interested in observing wild life up and close, take the cruise on the Ord River. The half day tour is over 2 hours in length, but you do stop for tea and cool drinks.
