Not many go out of their way to Corowa but this place puts the town on the Map. I will be back in 2018 to taste the Whisky. The Chocolate is to die for so I will be in heaven with the perfect combination of chocolate and whisky. The cafe was a bonus and it had great food, drink range,... More

Attended at the Whisky and Chocolate factory in Steel Street, Corowa with a couple of girlfriends and we made a chocolate freckle. We had a choice of dark or milk chocolate. The dark chocolate had to be cooled down so we went with the milk chocolate as we could do that straight away. The staff were very friendly and we... More

Expected more when we went. No Whisky - not being bottled until March 2018. Chocolate is not made there - it's just a sales point with a cafe attached. You can make a freckle which was fun & taste the chocolate but disappointing. Beautiful old building though.

Dined in this establishment with friends on their recommendation and we were so glad we did as I enjoyed the best steak sandwich I have ever eaten. Served on a sourdough slice the steak was cooked to my liking topped with a fried egg. The accompanying salad was very fresh and the French Fries were yummy. A good menu and... More

Chocolate was very expensive, they don't have whisky yet about 2 years away so I was told by the lovely sales lady we had some tastings of the chocolates and got some to take home.

Whilst we had a refreshing coffee and enjoyed the ambiance of this historical landmark, we were a little disappointed to find out that the chocolate was trucked in from a plant in Junee (NSW) a 2 hour drive away and the Whisky was still in the Barrels maturing. But there are plans to make chocolate onsite and the local Whisky... More

The place is very beautiful, the chocolate is divine. There is a great cafe serving reasonably priced food and best of all, for five dollars, the kids get to make their own nonpareils.

A lovely place for breakfast and gift shopping. Quite an achievement considering the building's derelict history.

The "whisky and chocolate" name is a bit of a misnomer. While you can see the function area with the whisky stills (you must be accompanied by a staff member to view this area), the whisky is still in the making, and therefore not available for tasting or purchase. They were not doing tastings of other whiskies at the time... More
