Main lookout is right there at the car park, but if you do a walk be ready for lots of steep stairs. I visited after a storm and there was mud & puddles in places so old shoes are recommended in those conditions. Choose from several tracks, wonderful views wherever you go. Walk for ten minutes or up to two... More

This is a must see. Do not miss this if you make your way to New South Wales. Getting there is a two hour train ride, plus the walk, and its well worth it. Make sure to go early in the morning to avoid crowds, that way you can make the most of the beautiful scenery. The wind blowing through... More

Visited on a terrible weekend for sightseeing with the area fogged in! Played "now you see them now you don't" with the falls. Still well worth the walk to the falls, it didn't disappoint and after a hot shower and dry clothes we could look at the photos and smile :)

Wentworth Falls - loved it! I ran across this while doing a day hike from Wentworth, beginning on Darwin, headed to the Nationsl Pass. The trails ate well marked in this areaso it is easy to add or remove sections. This one is worth including! While the falls are beautiful, the trail itself was the real draw, with vistas everywhere.... More

Short walks from the carpark to see the valley views, then a moderate walk down to the top of the waterfall, where you can walk over the creek to the other side. You can keep walking along a narrow path cut into the side of the cliff face (with a good railing I might add) to walk as far as... More

My wife and I were in Sydney Australia from the 25ht of January to the 15th of February 2017 visiting relatives. During that time we visited Wentworth Falls, near Katoomba (Kedumba). Wentworth Falls is part of the landscape of the Great Divide that runs 3000 km down the east coast of Australia. It is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours... More

Wentworth Falls are one of the most spectacular falls to visit and walk down to in the Blue Mountains. Living in the Blue Mountains, I visit Wentworth Falls often. I have been asked questions by visitors many times when I am there, and I have seen visitors do some pretty dumb/life-threatening things, so this review seeks to explain a few... More

We got the train to wentworth falls thinking it would be easy to catch the bus to the viewpoint. We were wrong. We jumped on the first bus we saw which went all over he place apart from the actual falls, when we got close enough we got off and walked he rest. We actually discovered that the walk is... More
