I guess we expected much more from this beach coming all the way from Europe. We were not able to swim due to jelly fish season and crocks. The lagoon was a joke - small net at the beach. Water is very dirty, lots of...More

Trinity Beach is absolutely gorgeous. It's a small, quiet but very popular little pocket of Nth QLD. The patrolled beach is immaculate. The views are stunning. There is a lovely walking track and plenty of eateries.

Great place to visit and avoid the tourist traps of Cairns, Palm Cove and Port Douglas and still get the holiday getaway vibe!! Highly recommend.

Had an enjoyable stay in an AirBNB Great apartment overlooking the beach. Lived walking along the beach of a morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Cafe/restaurants to sit back and enjoy the views

We passed through Trinity Beach over a decade ago, before development had really kicked in. Back then it was a sleepy hollow with a great beach, a handful of eateries and limited accommodation options. 10 - 12 years on we discovered the same beautiful beach...More

Great hidden surprise of Cairns, great restaurants from fine dining to great eat in options, close enough to city/shops but isolated beautiful beaches.

Very cool place. Water pretty brown. Such a shame you can't swim there because of the crocs!! Lovely place to chillax for a while.

stated at the Costa Royale atTrinity Beach, the beach was beautifully clean, well set up with nice cafes, a great hotel with yummy meals. There is a swimming enclosure, walking tracks. I would stay there again.

Great beach. Nice walking paths parallel with the water. Clean with patrolled/netted area to the south of the beach. Plenty of stinger warnings & even bottles of vinegar on hand if stung. Good BBQ areas to relax & a kids playground opposite the pub. Not...More

Thanks for your question. Swimming in the nets is usually very safe. We also have excellent Surf Life Savers on Duty at many northern beaches. As I have lived in the area for over three years, we always take precautions when... More

As the others said, no problem if you follow the warnings and obey the signs. I understand that normally the crocs would only be found in the creek way down the beach form the supervised area anyway.
