Just had the most informative and engaging tour of this incredibly beautiful sanctuary by an estuary. Learnt so many facts I didn’t know about echidna, snakes and Tassie Devils🧚🏽‍♀️ Topped it off with chowder of the local seafood and delicious gluten free corn waffles! Accompanied...More

If you’re after a really great few hours with the kids, feeding animals (including the friendliest kangaroos we’ve ever fed), hearing the excellent staff give feeding tours, and best of all, seeing the famous Tassie Devils, then this is definitely the place to come to....More

We really enjoyed ourselves here. We arrived in time to see Chris feed as well as give highly informative insights to the cute but much maligned Tassie Devils, the adorable Olive the wombat and a pademelon. Chris was really good at his job and you...More

We’ve just been through the park with our two children and all loved it! The guide Chris was fantastic and very knowledgeable (and funny!) and they do fantastic conservation work that’s well worth supporting. Thanks for a great day guys!

Lovely animals, great seeing a Tasmanian devil. The guy giving the talk was knowledgable. It's a small park and doesn't take long to walk around but the money we paid goes towards the care for the animals who need it. Waffles were yummy, staff serving...More

At first impression the park was a little disappointing, few animals. However the feeding is must. Guide Chris and his colleague were excellent and provided us with lots of information. The guided talks started at 2:50 and finished 4:45 so great value after all.

We enjoyed our visit today! Chris was a great guide, full of knowledge and enthusiasm. Plan your visit around the feeding times and make a half day out of it. Hand feeding the kangaroos was definitely a highlight, as was being able to pay Olive...More

Hi, I would leave 2 hours to get the most from the park. We had three children (teenagers) and it was a highlight of our Tasmanian holiday, especially feeding the kangaroos and wallabies which they couldn't get enough of... More
