Several good spots to see the larger southern koala had the pass as a package with the penguin tour.

I had my two young grandchildren with me and we walked and walked before we even saw a Koala and the entry fee isn't cheap either.

It was amazing to watch the koalas climb the trees, & then come back down. Some were sleeping in the trees, some just barely move, but have their eyes open. There are boardwalks to walk on, also a few wallabies are running around. The gift shop is excellent for souvenirs.

Phillip Island used to be full of Koalas many years ago. Wanted to see some in their natural habitat instead of a zoo environment. They have a very good shop at the front. Inside are some graveled bush tracks with the odd copperhead snake. According to the sign posts no anti venom exists specifically for Copperheads...hold that thought. There are... More

Its a fantastic experience to spend time and come up close with Koala and also its something exclusive to Australia. Kids will love this place a bit pricey but worth the experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Amazingly close look at multiple koalas and also saw some other pretty cool animals - echidna / birds etc.

Wonderful place to see koalas in their natural habitat but obviously most of them were sleeping! So for very young children the "stuffed koalas" at the entry were a great introduction to what they actually looked like.

They have designed it wonderfully keeping the natural habitat of the Koala bears, but you need to be very luck to see active koala bear as most of the koala sleeps 18 hours a days, we managed to see only 1 active koala, rest of them were sleeping on the trees

We decided to drive out to Phillip Island for the day to see the penguins. And then, since we were there, we saw the koalas too. We really enjoyed walking through the area on the paths. The koalas were adorable and so were the wallabys.
