Very short drive up the hill to see a lovely view of the town and surrounds - a 'must see' when you come to town.

A great place to take a take away meal or flask of coffee. Enjoy the views all day, though sunset over the Grampians is particularly spectacular at this site. Plenty of space for the dogs to have a run around too.

There is a nice observation area, that tells the story about the mine. Also the gold extraction process. Good for a quick stop off.

Its fun to see the gold being processed. The chart outside the viewing area shows the Gold extraction process with is very enriching. Sample stones at viewing gallery are very enchanting. Nice place to visit.

We unfortunatly didn't get to see much from the observation area. Was a little disappionted that all we could see was the high fences around the fields.
