This church holds a statue that was brought over in 1562. The altar is a beautiful silver piece and the ceiling is all hardwoods and gorgeous. This is worth a visit if you are in the area. It’s a good spot to go on shore excursions from Corinto. Much nicer than the church in Chinandega.
