Perhaps this has more relevance to locals who would like to take a trip down memory lane ( you know your getting old when things you grew up with are in a museum). Has a great coverage of foundation history as well as a glimpse...More

This was a nice little stop off for our 48 hours in Mandurah. The kids could dress up and pretend to be at school in the 1800. We could also dress them up and lock them in gaol 👍loads of fun. It won't take long...More

its easy to pass this museum by which is a great shame. Run by volunteers they have put together a great display and we could have spent hours sitting and reading all the stories of Mandurah figures of bygone days and looking at the photos.

Took some overseas visitors to this museum recently. One of the best community museums I've seen, with well organised exhibits, presented in an interesting and engaging way.

This is a great local museum - lovingly restored items, beautiful presentation and delightful volunteers. The kids will love it, and you will love it too. If you are in Mandurah, you just have to visit this museum!

What an amazing collection of history of the area. I particularly enjoyed the old school. The different articles donated added to the real historic feelfing.
