Visited today with family and 2 dogs. We had only intended to walk round the lily ponds but were so impressed with the view when we reached the bridge at the top of the beach that we just had to go and have a look. It was wonderful and one of the best beaches I have ever visited. Beautiful soft... More

We arrived here after walking through the lilly ponds A spectacular site to see. I think you could also drive down to it. Lovely soft white sands, that squeak when you shuffle your feet in them. Very picturesque.

Wide sand with the right ratio of wet and dry for playing games and building sand castles; cliffs to break the wind; rocks to climb on; caves to explore; a mysterious river running through a 'canyon' and another river running over the sand -- perfect for hydrological engineering and racing model boats. This beach has it all, and if you... More

After visiting the magnificent nearby Barafundle bay, I decided to take a closer look at this part of the world and I’m glad I did! Its pristine, dramatic and not so busy. It has two National Trust car parks, (free to members) one with direct access to the beach and a second one that is a 30 minute walk away... More

Spectacular scenery...my favourite place on the Pembrokeshire coast. Keep the dog on the lead, and young children away from the cliff edges. Although this is an amazing place with absolutely breathtaking views, it is equally as dangerous, all-around respect is mandatory.

I still get that nostalgic feeling whenever someone talks about beaches. I, with my friends had a wonderful road trip to this paradise point located in Wales named, Broad Haven Beach. This is a pro family place to visit, capsuled by mountainous terrain. Which can give you a beginners level of hiking experience. It's not exactly a hiking experience but,... More

Beautiful beach to visit. If you visit Pembrokeshire and don't go there you missed all of the tour. We spend all the late morning there with friends and family

Visited here on a dull day in March and even without the sunshine it was breathtakingly beautiful. Parking at the National Trust carpark is £5.00 per day for non members, but we noted that the charges are only applicable between Easter and September. The trust ask for a £1 donation for parking at other times. (check the notice boards) The... More

We drove here from Tenby in heavy rain and were considering turning back - so glad we didn't. Waited for the rain to clear then made the pleasant walk down to the beach 3/4mile one way and 1.6 if you return on the loop from the car park. It's an NT car park so £5 a go if you are... More
