Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really nice wines, especially Garnacha (Grenache) and Petit Verdot. Lovely winery at around 900m above sea level. Our tour was booked for Spanish, although our fluency is limited, but our guide kept us in the loop with summaries in English. Really enjoyed the wines with a particular emphasis on the Garnacha (Grenache) and Petit Verdot. Didn’t get to try the Pinot Noir, which sells out quickly. However, on the tour we spied several cases (about a pallet full) of the 2018 Pinot Noir, which made us wonder if they might have a limited library release (just me speculating). Would definitely recommend, preferably early in your visit to Andalusia so that you can purchase excellent wines for enjoyment during your stay.

We had booked a wine tour where we were around the whole property and tasting 5 wines and got served a light tapas.
The tour was very interesting and our young guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate.
The trip took place at our pace and there was time to ask questions.
The wines are all delicious and we would have bought a lot if we were not going home by plane.
It was nice to see that all the restaurants we visited in Ronda had wines from here on the wine card.
A good and educational experience and lovely wines, even the white wine was really good.

We booked wine tasting and a picnic online. The process was easy and hassle free. They responded promptly to my reservation request.
We were amazed driving up to the winery. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously well-maintained. Views are awesome. Marina warmly greeted us as we were walking to the main building. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. She gave us a tour of the winery before our wine tasting. Our picnic baskets were packed and ready to go when we finished with the tasting. The wines were very good. We had our picnic under a huge oak tree with sweeping views of the vineyard and mountains beyond. The food was fresh and delicious. Servings were generous. This was an awesome experience. Everything was excellent - wine, food, views, and the cool breeze - while picnicking under the oak tree. Marina did a great job. She helped make our visit memorable.

At home and in restaurants we drink with great pleasure time by time a bottle of wine from the wine house Cortijo Los Aguilares.

Its the best wines from the region and they are on their way to be one of the best wines produced in Spain.

So out of interest we looked to the internet and we found out that you can visit them for a wine tour (and if you like in combination with a picnic). So we did.

Its not our first wine tour over the world but I must say its the best and most professional one we have ever encountered by far. Very complete tour, very professional explanation and the tastings of the wine: muy bien.

A lot of personal attention to. All in all a perfect way to update your self on the wine making process, the Ronda area and taste some really good wines. We lost the name of the lady guiding us but thank you very much.

The tinto excellent for a dinner or just to drink it. The rosado, one of the best rose wines on the market with an own personality. Both around 11€ being a bargain for this quality. The other ones a bit higher in price but in combination with the quality an absolute must.

Highly recommendable and do your self a favor and take some boxes home.

My girlfriend and family invited us on a day trip to Ronda for some wine tasting. Although a little tricky to find, (god bless google maps), Cortijo Los aguilares was the best of the couple we went to by far. The vineyard was in a beautiful setting with the grape vines above on a hillside. Our guide provided a full tour of the facilities and was very knowledgeable in the history of the vineyard, the grape varietals and wines themselves. We particularly enjoyed the rose and at €11 a bottle, we took a few home!

This is really a great place to visit and not only taste the wines of a fabulous Ronda vineyard but to see the whole process of wine making. A very pleasant location and a good experience all round.

We had an interesting time. Our guide Morgane explained about the history of the area and current choices the winemakers face. The tasting also included some love cheese and ham, the wines were interesting.

Merci Morgane, cinque etoilles!

We sought out this bodega after very much enjoying their tinto & the tour by Morgane was an informative & interesting behind the scenes tour. We enjoyed small tastings of their young & not ready to be bottled Rosado & Pinot Noir straight from the tanks then their bottled Tinto, Espino & Petit Verdot. There is clearly great passion going into this quality winery & it’s just a shame we can’t source their vino closer to home!!
