Quaint Beachside Area

This is a lovely relaxing place to visit though beware on weekends as can become quite packed and then parking is rather steep.

Stuck in between 2 cliffs, with a rock pool and a cafe. This beach feels isolated. Found it by accident, and fell in love with it. I come here every summer and it is also my favourite beach for night swims. Downside is paying for parking and the only place to eat is the Cafe.

Bilgola Beach is one of my most favourite northern Sydney beaches, white sand and blue ocean surrounded by a lush tropical hillside. Small and secluded with a lovely rock pool nestled at one end it is a delightful spot to spend a few hours. Enjoy a coffee at the café while you are there.

Bilgola Beach is located on the Palm Beach Peninsular about 30miles from Sydney CBD. Well worth a visit for its special white sanded beach and views. its a fairly secluded beach during winter but crowded during the summer and car parking is at a premium. The water can be quite dangerous for some swimmers due to rip currents .

Friends had their wedding on the beach here and all the locals were respectful of privacy and space. A beautiful little hidden cove nestled into a quiet leafy neighborhood

This is a family beach as Bilgola is a small community of residential houses with no commerce. The waves and surf can be challenging but there is a great seawater pool at the southern end of the beach which has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunday morning in the summer is the time to see the "Nippers" - children... More

This is a great beach along the northern beaches of Sydney. Life guards on duty, shops across the road, plenty of room, sand was clean, and appears to be a great area for families etc. Was even quite when we went on a hot summer day..Worth a visit..

This is a great beach that is easy to drive to has a great cafe and there is both the sea and a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. Beautiful beach that is well worth a visit....it can be busy in the morning but at 4pm the waves are fun for kids which makes a great place to visit.

A beautiful little beach ticked away from the main drag a little. Again this beach is surrounded with stunning scenery. The ocean is beautiful clear blue water with some cracking surf to frolic around in. If you would prefer something a little more sedate there is an ocean pool to take advantage of. A nice little coffee shop on the... More

Bilgoal Beach is about 500 ms off the main road so not as popular as some directly connected. However, it is has a fabulously huge pool which is very safe and also plenty of room even on busy days. As well as the usual change rooms, surf club and flags, you can find a very quiet part of the beach... More
