I have visited the studios, travelling from the north of England every couple of years since it opened and have always loved it. This time was no exception - it is always evolving and there are new displays/sets/themes to see and discover. The staff this time were especially cheerful and helpful. One particular lady (sorry, didn’t note her name) was standing at the display cabinet at the exit to the train area mid-afternoon. I rather grumpily told her that the queue to walk through the train was too long and I wanted to check if I had time to wait in line before the studios closed. She cheered me up, gave me lots of helpful information and advice and yes, I did have time to view the inside of the train! Thank you!

Harry Potter is a popular favourite with my partner and I. Coming here was amazing & we enjoyed it so much. I must say that the food & drink was a little bit pricey but it’s London! & it keeps this nostalgic place alive. Plenty of opportunities to take photos & have fun inside & out. Great for all ages too x

Having bought your tickets and entry time online before hand is a great start as you know your guaranteed entry. I found the introduction part a bit boring and could have easily skipped it. The only dissapointing part was after you enter the great hall within 5 minutes they want you out to make way for the next group coming behind you. Wanted to spend more time here. That aside the tour is fantastic with everything you can imagine and remember from the films and books. Spent 3hrs here and found this was enouvh time. If your a Harry Potter fan put this on your list. Forbidden forest is excellent..

Absolutely amazing!! Such a wonderful experience for any Harry Potter fan. We were there for a little over 3 hours and would love to have stayed longer, but the studio was closing. We purchased tickets for a 2:30 entry, so my advice would be to get tickets for earlier in the day to leave enough time to see everything because there is A LOT to see. We paid for the guided audio tour, but I don't know that it was necessary. It was interesting though to hear some behind the scenes trivia and facts. And of course, we had to get butterbeer!! So tasty!!
