Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took our 7 year old as part of a long weekend away in London. He loved it. The set up was very organised and professional. Looks amazing with all the sets from the films. Lots of wow moments when you move through the sets. For us as parents, the only negative is that children were wildly out numbered by ‘I don’t feel like adulting today’ adults. We had to carry our little one around to avoid being stood on by over zealous adults. However, I didn’t think this was something to mark the venue down for.

Very much enjoyed the tour.

However, the staff in the Food Hall were very poor. Three members of staff totally ignored us when we wanted to buy a coffee. In the end, we didn’t bother. All they had to say was “ hello, can I help you?” but that was clearly too much trouble for them.

if you're an HP fan then you must do this. So good. If possible try and spend the whole day there. Also do research to find the less busy days .

We enjoyed our trip to the Warner Bros Harry Potter tour.

There is a restaurant on site before you start the tour and a cafe midway through serving Harry Potter inspired snacks and treats. There is also a shop, which you actually exit the tour from so there is no need to visit the shop beforehand.

Overall we enjoyed the experience but thought some areas could have been expanded upon i.e. the ministry of magic section.

Our favourite section by far was Gringots Bank. Really well done, with a surprise before you left.

This trip was the highlight of our few days in London very easy to get train from euston Station to watford kids under 10 are free on train from watford the HP purple bus collects you once u can show you have entry ticket to HP
The studio tour is amazing very interactive you can buy photos for example riding the broom etc but there are a lot of those and can be quite expensive so choose your favourite ones it takes about 3 hours to get about our tour time was 10am so finish was around 1pm. Would highly recommend even if u are just going with the kids that are huge harry potter fans for anyone that's not into it you will still enjoy.

Went as part of a college trip to explore the film sets, and it really gives you a great insight into how it was made. Takes 3 - 4 hours, so plan according and ensure you take your time. It's definitely worth a visit, and I would happily go again. But be prepared to spend a little bit of money :).

Was a suprise birthday gift for my partner he’s a Harry Potter fan he love it went later in afternoon so was a little darker outside which adds to the vibe,
We eat at the food hall kitchen , Kerri and the team where fantastic I had secretly told them it was my partners birthday and they were so polite a few staff members said happy birthday and they brought him out some yummy cakes they looked amazing we didn’t want to eat them but they were delicious.
The burgers we had were the best I’ve ever had big compliments to the chef Ben and his team .
We left very happy definitely recommend.

Amazing! Harry Potter missed my generation but through my kids I’ve been getting into it. This trip is bloody brilliant. We spent 6 hours looking around. If you like Harry Potter or just enjoy learning about film making please go. Friendly staff everywhere.

Great evening out with the family, kids enjoyed seeing the sets and the workings behind the film. Food options were good, recommend ice cream/desserts in the Frog Cafe. Shout out to Arya and Grace at the Frog cafe for great customer service and friendly nature.
