Yes. You must decide what package you want. Best is the bus trip and tour it's expensive but worth it.

Sorry, didn't notice the rest of your question. I should think arriving an hour in advance of your tour time would be plenty early enough. If you're driving though, be warned, the M25 can be a nightmare!

The first tour is 9.00am and the last tour is 7.00pm, studio closes at 10.00 pm, each tour lasts approximately 3 hours, or longer if you want, I stayed 4.5 hours, had lunch
