Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very beautiful waterfall, as well as the path to it (if you ask the locals, of course, and not like us, trust the Yandex navigator. The navigator led down a steep staircase, which wobbled and creaked (scary). But there is a good tourist trail. (C souvenir shop and cafe). You can climb the waterfall, the photos are excellent.

It was snowing so our tour going to the waterfalls was too cold. Going up and down hill is good for people who certainly loves adventures. It was a wonderful experience seeing crystalized waterfalls and flowing water at the same time which reminds us how beautiful nature is. When visiting Armenia, ensure that you will go here. Wasn’t able to swim in their hot tub as we were running out or time, though. 😊

Clean, nice, and lovely! We had a great time. It was safe (some waterfalls can be scary to get to) this one was easy! And the bridge was beautiful and you can go on a short walk after.

Our long trip from Yerevan paid off coming on the waterfall of Jermuk. We had stops along the way but it was nothing when you see how amazing this waterfall is!
Water from the mountains flows freely going through the river. The water is freezing plus the cold breeze of the afternoon, but it was all worth it. The mountain added some good sight to view.
Must see of tourist! Recommended!!!

We drove with our car to the latest available point and with just a few minutes of walking we reached the waterfall. Finding the way was not easy. However, we asked several local people and they helped us to find the way. It was amazing, and perfect for taking beautiful photos. You can spend hours there for relaxing and looking at the waterfall without feeling of passing of time. If you stay or pass through Jermuk, don't miss this beautiful natural attraction. It is really worth visiting.

Little bit of a walk, but so worth seeing. Good workout getting there up and down the stairs from the road. Great place for pictures

This review is quite late. Upon reaching Jermuk our Hyur Services group tour bus stopped for a while to see Jermuk Waterfalls from a distance. It was sad to see a dying waterfalls.

There is a nice paved walk that continues after the waterfall. It hailed the day before so there was a good amount of water. There are some really ugly buildings by the entrance. There is an area next to the waterfall that could be developed as a beach, but is now covered with weeds.

It was in August and in winter it sure is icy!
Summer time is preferable unless you really want to see it in winter...
Enjoy your travel to Armenia!
