It is an amazing place to go hiking and spend some alone time with nature. The river valley is beautiful and the hills won't disappoint you.

Biggest np in Baltic states, nice nature and many activities, winderfull for baltic people (special valley), for central europeans a common nice nature...but its great place for 2-3 days

Beautiful Gauja river valley with several sandstone rocks, medieval castles, walking and bicycle passes. There is a possibility to rent a boat.

Nothing much to do there, but even just walk and see the woods and flowers definitely give you a real good time. Suggest to go to Turaida castle first, and leave this park to the last for some healing and rest.

We did not try cable car.I am not sure, but I assume you can drive to cable car or at least quite close to it and then take two-way trip by cable car. Maybe you could try to ask from tourist info. Beautiful area, I highly... More
