We visited the Plzen Brewery Museum, Historic Underground and Pilsner Urquell brewery on the same day. I was really impressed with all 3 attractions. The brewery musem was good fun - although it only took around 20 mins to complete the price was so low...More

My boyfriend is interested in the beer making process. This was, for me that is not so interested, quite boring. It was sort of intresting, but I wouldn't do it again, once is enough.

As somewhat of a beer aficionado, I have been to several breweries/brew museums over the years- this ranks as one of the worst. I will say that the fact that the museum is set in a historic brewery is very cool; getting to see the...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Brewery Museum, which ended, as it should, with two glasses of beer in the attached pub. The historical artifacts are awesome, while the dioramas and English-language literature are just plain funny. Totally worth it.

There are clear information-things beside the exhibits in English (and German) as well as Czech, which helped a lot, especially with the historico-scientific side. The most memorable parts were the tableaux of drinking scenes in the past. The typical 30s pub looked brilliant. Do places...More

An excellent museum of brewing and breweries in a mediaeval former brewery in Pilsen, well worth the visit, entry fee and extra fee for the essential audio guides. There is a lot to see and take in - we ended up hurrying to get to...More

This was poorly organised with little actual information - it felt generally tacky and a bit naff! Also there were a lot of things but not much information. You get a beer after in the cafe next door in with the price.

Plzen has a key position in the beer history, so this museum is amust for the beer fans to learn something more about their passion.
