In Prague metro you can se a real communist retro design, every stop is designed differently and every line is from different time, i liked it a lot, also the metro goes every couple minutes, I wish it would be the same at home.

We got stuck at night some stop running ...and they close the station 😮!! We got out of station and found hotel to have them call us a taxi....AAA taxi is honest and safe, but you must tell them when you call- if you want...More

Just want to caution other visitors to Prague NOT to commit the same mistake i did with ticket validation and maybe the local authorities come up with a fool proof visitor pass similar to the oyster card in London. After seeing so many many other...More

The Metro in Prague was super easy & fun to use and navigate and this is even though everything, as in most of the signage, is in Czech! There are only three lines so everything is pretty easy to figure out. Plus it seems a...More

First time on the Prague Metro, a pleasure to use good wide platforms and even when busy no mad rush with the locals, regular clean trains all with CCTV so feeling of safety, all on one ticket 👍👍

Horrible conductors who pray on tourists charged 1600czh as we had apparently purchased the wrong ticket. We had not even left the station that we had purchased the tickets from and still had to pay this fine. They are not willing to listen to you...More

I was surprised by the extensiveness of the Prague Metro. Our one-day pass cost 110, or $5.50 which is a bargain. It included unlimited travel on all trams, busses, and subways. The subway stations with an “i” have information offices, which provide maps and advice....More

We bought a 3 day pass from the local tabac that cost about £10 each and for this we could use trams and trains. You have to validate it first time you go onto the tube or tram and then you can come as go...More

The Metro system is very cheap and easy to use, just remember to validate your ticket the first time you use it.

I think it works quite good for tourists. We used the red line mostly and it was crowded only in between 2 central stops, but never too crowded. Many of the stations are very old, but it is noticeable that work is going on and...More
