Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I booked this as a surprise for my best friends 30th birthday and we had such a great time on the bike. Though you don't realise how much hard work it is!! There were 8 of us peddling away (made harder with the speed bumps and pebbled streets) but we had a great time and the staff were funny. Dennis had to deal with a lot of us shouting at him. Thanks again guys! Would definitely recommend for a laugh.

The stag wanted to do this and I was very sceptical at first especially as the weather was quite warm in Prague at that time of year but I quickly realised that this was going to be a top activity with loads of laughs and fun, as others mention the cycling wasn't hard, the beer was good and we were kept topped up and you play your own music so you can get your gang singing all the way around this beautiful city. Brilliant !!!

We had a brilliant time on the beer bike. Lucy and Freddy were our hostess and driver and I couldn’t rate them more highly. The 90 minuets on the bike will live long in the memories of us all.

My 7 friends and I were going to Prague for a three day trip after being in Munich for Oktoberfest. I was researching things we could do on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays as those were the days we were in Prague. I came across beer bike Prague and thought that was perfect as we are all 20 and enjoy the keg aspect of the bike. I contacted the company via their website for information about booking and was met with a nice response from Jaroslav. We went back and forth exchanging information and the payment and we were booked.
My friends and I were very much looking forward to this day; two hour tour of Old Town area in Prague and a giant keg, all while getting some exercise. What could be more fun? Turns out A LOT. We arrived at the docking area Pier 14 at 1:30 as our reservation was 2, and could not find the bike as there was no sign posting or tour guide or driver around. We waited until 1:40 when we saw a very discrete white bike that looked like what we were looking for. We approached asking the two young people on the bike if they were in fact Beer Bike Prague, and were met with the most unpleasant and unfriendly responses. The young girl, Dominika, who was supposed to be our "tour guide" scolded us for being early and told us we had to wait 20 more minutes. All we wanted to do was pay the rest of our deposit. 2:00 rolls around we load up on the bike and pay our balance and we're off, with Dennis as our "driver". There was a small radio in the front that he would rarely make louder than a whisper. We were told that we are not to drink on any main roads as we would be fined by police and they are legally not allowed to serve beer in these areas. Why in Gods name are you running a business for tourism if its technically considered illegal!? Mind you, we were on these main roads the entire time, holding up traffic because we weren't pedaling faster than 8 miles an hour. We made our first break pulling over on a random side street so that Dominika and Dennis may have a smoke break, ok that's fine. But why are we pulled in a side street and not somewhere with any attractions or anything!? Not once did our "tour guide" Dominika name anything we passed, but rather only poured the beer in our cups, with rather skimpy and cheap pours might I add. We then made our second pull over stop in Old Town Square where we were told no drinking on the bike and no refills for it was illegal, and if we wanted to drink we had to go over in a park square. My friends and I sat down finished our beer and very begrudgingly walked back over to the back. Only there did we find Dominika and Dennis eating KFC and we were told that they were not ready and we must wait another 15 minutes for them to finish their meal. After this we bike out of Old Town Square and went in a CIRCLE!!!! I assume this was to kill time on their part, but I mean really there was nowhere else they could've taken us? We constantly asked them if we could turn up the music to at least make the experience somewhat fun, and each was met with the response "the radio is no good, does not go louder". Why would you have a broken radio on a beer bike?? Aren't these things supposed to be fun!?!?!?!
All in all it was a horrible and poor experience and one I would never ever recommend anyone. I don't know if this was because it was a Tuesday afternoon in September so we got the terrible people to take on this bike, but all things combined made me so upset and the fact that we spent $400 on a terrible day is frankly absurd. I am contacting the company because they need to how terribly they hire. Why put two people with horrible attitudes in a customer friendly TOURISM job?

An absolute must if you are a stag or hen group. Great laugh, well worth it. The bikes also come with non peddling seats for passengers that don't fancy a bit of exercise.

Had a wicked time, great tour guides, plenty of beer, saw the major sights of Prague and had a laugh, couldn’t recommend a better way to see the city, especially if you’re only there for a short time, Daniel and Suzanne were amazing!

Advertises on the website “Our tour lasts at minimum of 1.5 hours and covers the main areas of the city centre, as well as important city pubs, clubs and restaurants.” we actually only went around an industrial estate really, and did not see any sites. It also says that you stop every 15 minutes, we stopped once.

This is not attraction for individuals or families. It is convenient for young and thirsty men - in small groups. They mainly drink and partly look at attractions around Prague.

Un site d'organisation d'EVG m'a signalé qu'il ne pouvait plus proposer cette activité à Prague car cela vient d'être interdit par la ville. Est ce vrai?

Is there a minimum amount of people you have to have (there is 5 of us) ?
Written 13 November 2019
Hi guys, we require (or recommend ) at least 6 people for comfortable ride. It is ok for 5 men as well. In fact just 2-4 persons can ride on the bike, but it can be difficult in some parts of Prague and you want a nice experience at the first place:) Groups of 6 people are pretty common. Have a great day! Jaroslav

It is not ilegal yet, but it is walk around the law and it immoral bussines in the public space. If you are stranger in here, believe that we do not want here tourist like this.
